What is the therapy process like?

 The therapy process involves exploring your thoughts and feelings in a safe, supportive environment. Each session lasts 50 minutes, and the frequency depends on your needs.

 

How long does treatment typically last?

The length of treatment varies based on individual needs. Every person’s journey is unique

What can I expect during a session?

Sessions are non-directive, focusing on listening and supporting you as you explore your thoughts and feelings.

What if I experience strong emotional reactions during therapy?

Strong emotional reactions are a normal part of the therapeutic process. I am committed to managing these reactions with care and support.

How do you ensure confidentiality?

Your privacy is my priority. I adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines to ensure your information is protected.

What are the benefits of therapy?

Therapy can provide numerous benefits, including improved mental health, better stress management, increased self-awareness, stronger relationships, and enhanced coping skills.

What are your qualifications?

I completed my Level 4 Diploma in Counselling in 2019 and Level 5 Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy for Independent Practice in 2022. I have completed my MSc in Psychological Therapies and Interventions in 2023, which also included research on Women’s perspectives on Domestic Violence (This included women from patriarchal a specific patriarchal culture). I also did my research project on Psychosocial Aspects of Child Sexual Abuse survivors back in 2015 as part of my Master of Philosophy in Psychology.
